July 28th is the release date for 2nd quarter (Q2) GDP numbers – these figures are currently at -1% and this means we will “officially” be in a recession soon. Don’t buy into the fear hype though - a recession doesn’t have to be a scary or bad thing as long as you understand what’s happening and where the opportunities are.
